If I'm not mistaken, I actually did stump John. Never did find out about that "Kings and Queens" TV show I asked about, did you, John?
When you're ten years old and a car drives by and splashes a puddle of water all over you, it's hard to decide if you should go to school like that or try to go home and change and probably be late. So while he was trying to decide, I drove by and splashed him again. - Jack Handey

Pretty funny, John - I gather it was on some other board?
"Stump John & Modesty" Wonderful!! Maybe I can finally find some use for my otherwise useless answers and explanations to the mysteries of life...

I don't think I ever did get an answer to that, Paulie. Sorry.

Here's something else I'll never get.

If someone walks in on you in a public bathroom stall, inevitably, the conversation goes as follows:

    "Sorry"
    "It's okay"

Know what? It's not okay. You are not free to do it again, so why do we say It's Okay? Surely there is something else we can say.
If you go through a lot of hammers each month, I don't think it necessarily means you're a hard worker.
It may just mean that you have a lot to learn about proper hammer maintenance.

This is one I've heard before, but why don't they make the entire plane out of that indestructible "black box" material?

Why do they have braille on the drive up ATM?
Why do they have handicapp parking at the roller rink?

Why do they call them government "workers"?

If American mothers giver their babies tiny forks and spoons, then what do Chinese mothers give
    their babies? toothpicks?

Why is it called a HAMburger? Ham doesn't even come from the same animal.
