Lotus Application help
As a geek, I get tech support calls from family and friends. Unfortunately, I don't always have the answer, usually when I don't have the application.
My Dad continues to use Lotus word processing and spreadsheet applications at his office. He and his computer were audited by "home office" and there were files that needed to be removed from his computer. He did that, but they persist in the drop-down "recent files" list. Does anyone know how to get rid of those files?
I know in MS Office, you can change how many recently used files will show, but I don't have anything form Lotus to even look at. I'm not sure what version he's using, but could find out if it would help!
TIA,
tracylee

80's Rule!
Try opening up other files so the bad ones will get bumped off the list.

Thanks! that finally occurred to me after much searching. I left Dad a message to that effect, hopefully having enough "approved files" to do that.
