I am in love with my tv. She is the most dearest, sweetest thing ever! I just asked her to marry me and she blinked yes! Oh, I'm so happy!! *kisses tv* Excuse us, I think we need some time alone, ahem, if you know what I mean.

Once went 87 days without TV. I was on a patrol down off of South America and the satellite coverage we had ended at Florida. Luckily, one of my buddy's wife taped the 90210 and Friends episodes I missed.

    Wow, that's a long time.

The longest I've ever been was about one month. I was a Boy Scout and hiked Philmont after about a one week drive out there (talk about cross-country: Georgia to New Mexico!), two weeks on the trail, and one week back.

I picked up right where I left off though. I think I've been making up for that lost time for the past eight years, though

My husband hiked Philmont too. He wanted to say and

Cool!!! I rarely meet anyone who has.

To Mr. Stargazer: wasn't it incredible? I would love to go back one day and hike even more of it. Did you go up the Tooth of Time?

Back on thread (oops!) I did go about a month when I was in Europe, but there are plenty of other things to do in Europe besides watch TV, anyway
