It was so beautfiul waking up today. First of all it has started to get lighter outside when I get up, so it's not pitch black anymore. Today is also a beautiful day, the sky is blue, no wind. It's just around freezing temperature but itr's very clear in the air. We even had snow at home, which was just surprising. It's was slippery so I'm glad I'm not driving.
Anyway, it put me in a good mood and I'm hoping it sticks for the rest of the day!
People making small gestures like saying "Happy Birthday" to me today. It's going to sound silly, but I don't care about gifts or making a big fuss. It's just the simple little things that let me know I'm appreciated. On one hand it's amazing to see those who do care and on the other it's amazing to see those whom you thought cared, but don't!

Seeing red-wing blackbirds. They are a sure sign that spring is on the way. :yay
Even though I found out today that my truck needs lots of repairs to pass inspection, it made me realize I have not had to ask my mom for help in a couple of years.
That is such a great feeling dagwood, doing it on your own! I always run to mr buglover to do minor repairs for me but I pay for all the parts.
I love the fact that my neighbors have been fairly quiet since mr buglover became manager of the complex! :up

Looking up in the sky on a late afternoon and seeing the moon! It's just so cool!
Meeting people who are genuinely warm and welcoming to someone new to a group. Rare but a blessing when it happens.
