Absolutely! We never truly know how much people appreciate us until things happen where we are away for a bit. Suddenly everyone misses us and lets us know it. It is nice.

canadian_angel: Here's a hug for you!

Being warm. Inside and out. I hate getting cold; cold feet, cold hands, cold nose, cold ears, cold knees, cold everywhere.

And that means soft, cozy, warm blankets, sweaters, mittens, duvets, pjs, whatever.

And hot water for a warm up shower!

ETA. You thought I was going to say something about kitties, didn't you?!

That is why I feel it is important to tell people regularly that you care, they are appreciated or loved ecetera.

Too funny myrosiedog. I like knowing my fiance is 41 and I'm still in my early 30's!

Isn't that the best dagwood? My son is still asleep right now so I almost have peace. If my neighbors would just go away for the day I would have absolute peace.

I have another brother older than that. That one turned 60 in Nov. He's the one with the drug addiction problems and right now none of us know where he is. I haven't talked to him in 2 years because I have no way to get in touch with him. Well I do, but its complicated and involves the VA which is a NIGHTMARE and only for emergencies. Let me say it took 3 months to find him that way when our dad died.

I also have a sister that will be 57 in July.

I am the baby by 11, 13 and 14 years!

And my husband who is 46 has a sister that is 66!!!! He was a BIG surprise to his much older parents who thought they were done raising kids as their oldest was 20 and getting married when hubby was born.
