-The scenery in Alaska...quite possibly the best vacation I ever took. The glaciers, icebergs, mountains, and wildlife...nature at its best.
-The sunset...always makes me smile.
-Living on an island makes you truly appreciate the beautiful turquoise blue, crystal clear water.
-Spending time with loved ones, laughing and joking around.
-My little nephew, who is 3, going to be 4. He is truly an adventure, one day at a time. I love seeing kids, being silly, having fun, doing childish things.
-Good food.

Hearing Mr. Tootles "rumble" when I brush him and Gracie-kins "quack and squeek" when I brush her. They're just so happy. And then to see their paws, big and small, knead the carpet with glee. Delightful.

sand between my toes at the beach. Hearing the waves lap the shore and the gulls singing. Love the beach, going to really miss it, but then I will have mountains and seasons, so its a trade off. A good one I think.

When we are stopped on a road in the mountains (today it was for construction) and roll down the windows, and feel that cool, delicious breeze coming in and realize we don't need the air conditioner any more.

Cleaning out the frig and putting in new FOOD! Having cupboards with something in them and extras in the freezer. That way, if I had a few bad days, I'm not starving on Ichiban Noodles. Although, they go really well with Chunky Soup on top of them.
