A good auto repair service guy who talks WITH (as opposed to "to" or "at") me as an intelligent human being, and gives me straight answers and respect. I had to go in this morning because of what turned out to be just a wacked-out sensor -- which was covered for all but a 25-buck deductible.

(Though I think it helps that I always re-read the owner's manual before I call or go in so that I can speak his language.)

    WOO HOO ! That's fabulous!

I'm happy that Bella is finally getting used to being brushed and combed! Her fur is very fine, and different lengths. I managed to cut out a few matted pieces of fur and she didn't fuss and run and hide! I know she'll be more comfortable now too and she trusts me more.

MRD, I am with you on the clean everything...not there yet, maybe tomorrow.

I am happy to be home after driving 350 miles today to see our son and bring him gifts after the snow begins to melt in his city. It is good to be home and have had a safe trip and nice visit. The weather was very cooperative!
