Actually, I like playing with bubbles too. And kites--they are always fun. I need to go relax and fly a kite to relieve some stress.

Right now I have apple crisp in the oven made from apples from my trees in my back yard. It smells so delicious. Yum!!

Movies and video games sound good. I'm kind of embarrassed to admit this at my age, but I LOVE playing Guitar Hero and Rock Band. Last night I managed to play "Rock You Like A Hurricane" on 'hard' level and I was pleased with myself. LOL! It's the simple things, right?

I wondered sometime last year whether I could still use a hula hoop. As a "mid-century modern" woman (I am a product of the 1950's), I had some fun times as a kid with my hula hoop...

My simple pleasure for today...knowing that I still hula my hoop! I have one nearby in case I get the urge...

Good for you! I never got the hang of the hula hoop, but I did a good job with those things called "klackers" until they got outlawed in the 70's.

My simple pleasure is that I can feel fall in the air. It's been in the low 60's at night and even though it gets to the high 80's in the day, you can feel fall in the breeze.
