Canadian Angel. French toast is truly a great breakfast. (and one I wish I had been able to share with you as I had coffee and a plain piece of toast and then some popcorn. Yeah, for breakfast! :lol)

MRd, you're more than welcome to come for breakfast tomorrow morning. We're having pancakes. Then for lunch we're going to Red Lobster before shopping. I have to be back at the rehab centre around 7. So for supper mom's making her famous (to me anyways) macaroni salad!
Enjoy Red Lobster. Have one of their garlic cheese biscuits for me please!
I'll have to pass on the pancakes. I eat them, but they are not my favorite. Since I don't eat syrup, pancakes don't hold the same enjoyment for me as they do everyone else. Unless there is link sausage that I can roll up in the pancake and eat as a sandwich. :)
I'm sure you're really enjoying your weekend furlough.
Thanks to Canadian Angel for her mention of French toast, I had a very good breakfast this morning! My husband brought home some bread last night that he perceived was good for it - cinnamon swirl - and indeed it was!
Simple pleasure, still being in my pj's with no plans and no headaches for the day!

I just got out of my pj's as well. My husband is bugging me to take the three teenagers to the park (I think he still thinks they are little! :rofl) I really wanted today to be a sit by the pool and relax day but the word relax isn't in his vocabulary!!
- Seeing a field of cows grazing happily in a field under blue skies while looking out the window of the bus.
- Seeing golden fields of wheat cut in stripes on a farmer's field.
- Gazing at big white fluffy clouds in the sky and wondering why they look solid and yet airplanes can fly through them.
- Sleeping in a brand new King Size Bed!
- Enjoying a candlelit bubblebath while listening to the sound of waves crashing on a beach.
- And I've also spent the day so far in pj's! :)
Getting a phone call from Zac asking me if I would bring him some Nachos Bell Grande from Taco Bell when I go to see him tomorrow. He's not allowed to go out this week so we're spending the day at home watching movies and playing video games. :teeth
Mmm, Nachos Bell Grande. My weakness. Zac has good taste :up
This is very simple but... cleaning the kitchen sinks and getting soapy up to the elbows, then noticing little dish soap bubbles floating around the kitchen.
