It's great reading about reasons for av's in here, and I've enjoyed all your stories.
Gut, what a wonderful achievement for your daughter, and her picture brings a smile to my face whenever I see it.Congratulations, to you and her!

gabriel: I can just hear Paul Lynde's voice and laugh in that picture.
Gutmutter: It bears repeating, wonderful avatar, wonderful accomplishment.
Mine is a picture that a dear friend sent to me. We're having unseasonably warm weather right now, so I am getting spring fever. The weather will only last a little while, and we'll have one more big snow storm before actual spring weather, so I am enjoying it now!
I also love angelic_one's avatar right now. Lilacs are my favorite!!
My city has a huge St. Patrick's day parade so I'm changing my av this week in honor of the festival.
Gut, your daughter just looks like a natural in that photo. I can see her standing by the exit after the plane has landed thanking all the passengers for flying with her.![]()
Mine is the little turtle from the Robin Hood cartoon. He's such a little cutie.
Kudos to all those using a home town themed avatar. Very cool!![]()

Of course I do Gut.I have had many flights where the pilots have done that. The caring ones and that's what I was trying to say.
OK - I was confused. I've never been on a flight where the pilots interact with deboarding passengers. That would be cool to see.
Count your blessings!
Oh yeah I have and it does get extra brownie points in my book!Originally Posted by Gutmutter;2277442;

I love lilacs too! They always bloomed every year next door and in the parks and the smell was wonderful. I'd always clip a few from the big trees hanging over the alley and put some in my house.Originally Posted by anemone
