This new avatar came out nice, based on a picture taken in April last year when I'd had a "fashiony" haircut and my hair was coloured sort of dark brownish

I have changed my avatar in honor of my friend gabriel and his beloved Mona. Please do the same if you wish to show your support at this very difficult time. I sincerely hope that gabriel does not mind.

I chose mine because I always have a cat in my avatar and my "No More Auditions" kitty is because the American Idol auditions this season are driving me crazy!

I have caught myself doing double takes all night...thinking its gabriel that's posting when I see all these great "Mona look" avatars.....bless her little heart...she was loved by people that had never even had the good fortune of meeting her!

It's funny because I came to post and I was like - I've been posting a lot more than I realize. - Then it hit me - All you wonderful people who I've never even met in person, but have grown to care for online have given my little girl a send off that cannot be acknowledged with mere words. - Thank You all for all your kind words and the avatars.

I know how much the pink ribbons meant to me when I started my fight against cancer. Wow, just typing that made tears spring to my eyes and my nose tingle. So I'm joining the tribute to Mona with my avatar. Love and support transcend physical space, gabriel. I'm sure you're finding that out.
