i know it can't be larger than 150X150
Other than that.....go to the CP tab...and in there you'll find several tabs for options. One of em is for the AVATAR. Just put the complete URL of the "pic" there...but again, it can't be larger than 150x150.

click USER CP
Click EDIT OPTIONS and it's at the bottom
