News on the DC area killer

Local news is reporting a single shot with no one injured in NE DC near Catholic University and that a van with a ladder rack has been pulled over on East/West highway.

Going back to watch news, I'll keep you all posted if I hear anything else.

On a side note, CNN did do a little story on the fact that three of the shootings took place near a Michaels Craft Store. I would be so pissed if I were "Michael" (or whoever)
I find it very unfair that they are trying to make a public connection to the store! More shootings took place at Gas Stations.....

I am going to be tic'd if he is caught in DC and DC doesn't extradite him to Virginia.

DC has no death penalty
MD Does but has historically been timid in it's use. (I believe)
Va will fry him if guilty

That said...number one concern is that he's stopped regardless of jurisdiction.

Maryland's death penalty is on a moratorium. They're not enforcing it. VA is the only one with the death penalty and the willingness to use it.

Not that I necessarily agree with the death penalty, just stating the facts.

And I'm flipping between Fox News and CNN, and no word yet about the van being stopped. BF, where did you hear it?

If the latest news from Bravo turns out to be real and the actuall sniper, I would think that DC would extradite him. He hasn't killed anyone there.
