any way several people have pm'd me asking for more info on the eating plan i use that I posted in another thread. This is very similar to the plan that was given to me in college by a nutitionist for our athletic dept. I saw this in a magazine and copied it for you. It also explains the science. So, for all you carb lovers..
I use this pretty much most of the time and I love it!
