A 'Dorothy' from the Wizard of Oz balloon is not a simple thing to make, and I've never seen one done before. It is, however, within my abilities to make one, but may take some time. Ideas are already leaping into my mind. I'll try to have something for you in the next few days, but no promises! :nono

I worked on a 'Dorothy' from The Wizard of Oz yesterday, and this is what I came up with. I hope you guys like it. Dorothy31, you owe me big time! Just kidding....
