Thanks, girls! Eldee, I loved your photo with the model and palm leaf (is that what it was? I saw it a few days ago and forgot to mention that!) What a great model to work with!
Blindart, your photos were wonderful too. It's as though I'm a small creature wanting to crawl through them! I've always loved using close-up lenses. Is your new camera one that will accomodated regular (is that analog?) lenses? That's something I miss!

P.S. My originals are probably only 5 x 5 inches, and maybe 5 x 9 for the "landscape." I did a number of 5 x 5 squares as a way of keeping myself drawing everyday. . . a habit I need to get back to!

Here's another based on a plant. It was the 3rd or 4th in a mini-series. You can see the oil pastel crumbs on the picture (at least you can on my original photo).

Hazy - Again, love the story. Maybe you should post the link to the entire thing again for all the people who haven't gotten to experience the joys of reading it all...

Blue Meanie - Your drawings are awesome Like I said before (err.. I think) they look like illustrations from a book!! I really like them all.

Alice - Wow!! Those are amazing I'm glad you like to "play" with color... they're all very beautiful. I like the top one -- it reminds me of a tropical flower. The collage you made looks like a room that was destroyed by fire... very graphic

Sweet! I always look forward to more doodling I love the dimensions of the water and paintbrush. I'd have oodles of grief with that, had I drawn... err... doodled it myself.
