Wow. That's awesome! How do you do it?

MULDER: It's still there, Scully. 200,000 years down in the ice.

    Leave it there.

Shazzer , thanks for the compliments.

I do write stuff but I don't have it in my computer.

Wow, everyone! So much talent, too little space and time to comment on everything personally--sorry!
Hmmm. . . to summarize since p. 16 (I had a lot of catching up to do. Just spent 2 days doing yardwork and one--and counting--playing with my new computer.): I've enjoyed the poetry and hazy's story. I do hope to find time to read the other 65 pages! If I picked up the "book" at the store, I'd buy it based on what I read!

Great photo and drawing posts too! I agree with eldee--it's so much about the composition! Bloonman, your second photo reminds me of O'Keeffe's famous poppies.

eldee, you're a brave one! I really don't write poetry now, but you've got me thinking about a box I have in the attic. Maybe I'll subject you all to some of my old stuff. :

Oh, and can't forget the singing--WOW! Fantastic.

For now, I just snapped a few shots from my sketchbook. Nothing "finished" or spectacular yet, but I have fun playing with color. I've been into the square format lately. . .

Hmm. . .not loving the image quality here! It's tough for me to tell how the color looks before posting. Still trying to get used to my new computer screen. Here's another:

I also like working just with neutral tones. This is a little abstract "landscape" collage, also from my sketchbook.

Blue Meanie--nice drawing. Do you work from life, photos, or imagination?

Mostly from photos and pictures, occasionally from the "real thing." It's hard to get the animals to sit still long enough.

I really only "doodle." It's not my profession, just a pastime--otherwise I'd starve to death!

    Thanks for the compliments
