Oh my - yes! I had my Slimfast for breakfast . . . but someone put some candy out in the kitchen here at the office . . . so far, though, I've resisted!

TPBM has had a cold recently.

    Fortunately no.

TPBM likes the regualr Slim Fast chocolate the best. (Stop and shop is having a sale on Slim Fast this week).

The regular chocolate is my favorite! It's what I just had!!! We don't have Stop and Shop here that I know of . . . but it goes on sale pretty regularly at different stores around here.

TPBM has tried Slimfast and has had some success on it.

At first I did but, then I was drinking it as something extra instead of having it replace a meal.

Has TPBM ever tried the SlimFast bars (chewy or hard)?

I've tried them - but I found that a drink seems to fill me up more.

TPBM doens't have any more holiday leftovers to worry about.

True, I ate all that I had.

TPBM will try walking for exercise and to also feel better.

    I actually do like walking.

TPBM is thinking about joining a gym.

    I would if I didn't have a hernia.

Does TPBM prefer free weights over the machines?

Oddly enough they just opened a brand-new Bally’s by me in a location that used to be a grocery store – so its HUGE. If they have a family special I may decide to join but I haven’t seen anything advertised and Bally’s memberships can be a bit pricey. There is a free health-club in the office building where I work so that is where I currently work-out.

TPBM has purchased at least one piece of exercise equipment that actually wound-up in your bedroom as an expensive close rack or collected dust in the basement.

No. What I have are free weight and they are just keeping the floor company.

TPBM will treat him/herself to something within the next six months. What is it?
