I think thats right? We learned it way back in the days of elementary school. But I always thought the holiday Thanksgiving is the same as what you described?

TPAM already has their Xmas lights up

No... isn't it too early? Anyway I don't celebrate X'mas...

TPBM has bought a X'mas present for him/herself.

Since senrik didn't post a TPBM, I'm taking the liberty... hope you don't mind

    TPBM loves turkey.

ETA: is it me or does this thread and a few others seem to be moving slower than before?

    Yes, I do love turkey!

And, I think that maybe the reason it seems to be slower is that everyone is still doing the "holiday" thing . . . maybe shopping . . . I don't know. That's my best guess.

TPBM is looking forward to getting back into their routine after the Thanksgiving holiday.

Yes I do and I'm glad it's over. Now on to the next holiday/birthday party!

TPBM has actually eaten 'chestnuts roasted on an open fire'.

I think I have... but it's not really over an open fire

TPBM has a favourite Christmas carol and will tell us what it is.

ETA: chrelsey! Haven't seen you in a while
