Nope no bargain hunting...
Sorry if I appear ignorant, but can TPBM explain what Thanksgiving is about?
I think the whole story of Thanksgiving got started when the Pilgrims came over from England and landed on Plymouth Rock, which is in present-day Massachusetts (sp?). Long story short, over the winter a lot of them died. They met two Native Americans, and they showed the Pilgrims how to grow crops as well as hunting for food. That following winter, the Pilgrims had a great feast to "give thanks" for what had happened that year. As for the actual holiday called "Thanksgiving", it's another story.
TPBM knew all of this and would like to correct me if I said anything wrong.
