Whatever floats your boat. I'm feeling lazy too, but I've never used those store-bought mixes or refrigerated rolls. Easiest cookie in the world to make is chocolate chip cookies with walnuts thrown in. Easy peasy.

TPBM got a delicious recipe from a friend but it is labor intensive and doesn't want to try it right now.
