The same way you got Elliott Yamin as your avatar.

Do you have Media Center? If so there is a "my pictures" file in there. Put the picture in there and go into the part where you change your avatar. I click "browse" and it brings up my picture file. Just go from there.

I know you've been in that part of user CP to get Elliott posted.
