Last year-- season ticket holders get access to tickets before the public does for playoffs and finals. We get a discount too.

I didn't exactly yell at her, but today I let orthodontist's receptionist have it for being rude to me. We were right on time for my daughter's appt, instead of being early. She had the nerve to tell me she prefers us to be 10-15 mins early. I asked her if she was willing to pay for my time if she was going to waste it. If not, we'll be there at the time of her appt. Period. Then I reiterated it to the orthodontist. He said being on time wasn't a problem and he would have a talk with her. I'm glad he saw it my way or I would've been looking for someone different, because it wasn't the first run in I've had with her. I think she was just being passive aggressive to get at me for the last time I had a talk with her boss about her attitude.
