I almost did today. The last time we really ran out of gas, it was 100 degrees outside and I was 9 months pregnant with my daughter and ready to burst. My husband took FOREVER to go and get gas while I waited with our son in the burning heat. When he came back, he had a tiny little water bottle filled with gas...not enough to get the car running. Anyway, he had to make 3 trips before the car would run. I will never let him live it down.
