O Pancake, Where Art Thou? ***Thread Alert! - I've gained two pounds since starting this thread. The only change in my diet was I started eating at McDonald's once a week, for the three pancakes that come with the deluxe breakfast.This is a friendly warning - this thread can make you fat! Wouldn't blame a one of you, myself included, if you were Gone With the Pancakes!

In the Heat of the Pancakes ***thread (flap)jack, again - I'm serious! It's McDonalds. I didn't even notice, they were sneaky pounds. It's McDonald's. Even if I cut it back to once a month, that's still 7 or 8 lbs. over the course of a year. Very interesting, I think. I'm a big loser, so this was an interesting, completely unintentional study. Anyone, like myself, who can't resist the conscious craving, let alone the subconscious craving for pancakes, play this game at your own risk of pounds sneaking up on you.
