I'm not - not a big meat eater, but every once in a while I need a steak.

I probably could do vegetarianism but not vegan. My boys are ovo/lacto vegetarians.

Are you apt to try fad diets or stick to the tried and true?

Tried and true now. Enough fads didn't work - now 6 small meals and exercise, and I am 100 pounds lighter. Not easy, but worth it and I have managed to keep it off.
