I wanted to plan my own birthday party this year - since I'm half-way to heaven - and along come my girls and modify the whole thing. They move the party, change who I invited and the food. Yeesh. If this ends up being one of those "black roses, coffin, headstone-type birthdays," they are both out of the will. I tried to swim off the dissapointment, but that only helped a teeny bit.

I'm not all that tired, but I do have a coffee in one hand and a Coke in the other - which might explain that. Maybe a nap later, since it doesn't look like the pool will be open today - too cold and windy. (Boy am I ever hurting where I haven't hurt in a long time - these twice-a-days are killing me!)
