I love those salads! The top one if my favorite, but the bottom salad is the one I make regularly.

I use a laptop, so right now it's my husband.

We all work hard-- husband is a doctor, oldest son plays professional hockey, youngest son is a grad student getting his CPA, daughter-in-law is a pilot but went back to grad school because it's too hard with a baby, oldest daughter starts college in the fall and wants to be a travel writer, youngest daughter wants to be a fashion designer is well on her way, and I'm a writer. I think if you follow your dreams and have a profession you're passionate about, you have to be considered a success no matter what your profession is. How you determine who is the most professional is beyond me. I think we're all professionals and I'm proud of my whole family for following their dreams, especially since I was raised in the projects and there was low expectancy for me to even graduate from high school.
