Getting into the habit of writing down symptoms and questions has made my doctor appointments easier and quicker. I call it "cutting to the chase".

Having a doctor look at me like I'm crazy makes me very uncomfortable.

I'm a person who will ask the doctor, "Why are you looking at me like I'm crazy??" and wait for an answer!

Just knowing I have to go to a doctor's office gives me anxiety and usually makes me seem crazy!

Knowing you have to go to the doctor can be a reason for crazy and anxiety....and reason to make a list!! (Do you hear me, young lady??!!)

My doctor always makes me wait at least an hour, even with an appointment.
