What? Yours are good to go and mine aren't even in the ground yet? Wow! I hope to plant them soon.

    Hope your lunch was great!

My first red orbs are so good! I have more plants that have small orbs on them. It will be a few weeks 'til they are ripe. It is fun to pick food and eat it while it is soooo fresh!
How are your plants this year?

Well, they are in the ground at least! The rain has been good, now we need heat. This week it's been cold here, so plants are sad, and I hope they can bounce back.

Weeds love the rain though -- arghhh!

Do you have more than one plant? I have three, and one cuke plant too.

My plants that when ripe, you slice and put on your meat in a bun, are tall and look good. Once a week or two, I feed them with plant food to make them grow tall and put out lots of fruit.

I have 3 such plants. One has a lot of fruit. The other two will come in a few more weeks. I too, feed them. You need to feed them food that is just for those plants. I use an type that has no bad stuff in it. Hope you can tell what I mean by that. The word I need has 3 syl. and starts with "o".
It has been hot here most days and the plants love it!

    I know what you mean!
I will have time now to tend to my plants, so will get some of the good food for them.
They need stakes too, which I did not get yet. Warm air is on its way, yay!

My red fruits are staked, too. Some folks have luck when they grow them on the ground. I like mine up in cages. I have four kinds of red fruits this year. One kind is to grow huge fruits.

Thee d**n deer ate a lot of my buds!! Not the fruit, they are on my deck, but plants in my yard. They came out front and ate from my plants that hang from a hook! Grrrrrr........They also ate the top of a shrub that gets big blue or pink blooms. I did not spray when we had some rain and it all had washed off.

Oh how sad. They do so much harm in a yard! More than the small guys who hop in my yard, so I feel for you. I get so mad at the small fur butts!
