We have been in our house for 34 years and we shall stay put for now. Hub does not want to move, and you can not move a mtn.

I used to move each 2 years, but that is no more since the crash. We have been in our house for 7 years - and want to move to a place that has good schools for the kids.

It would be nice to have a place in FL where we could stay when it gets cold here. I hope to buy a con do some day down there. I bet I would have lots of guests.

Yes you would! My 'rents bought a time share in FL that they can switch each year - that way they have a place, but can go to diff. spots too. Best of both worlds!
