Soup does not sit well with me. I think it is the whey, but I am not a doc so I do not know.

I do not think there is any whey in the home made soup I make with the red orbs.

Whey is not a thing that is found in most soup. I think it comes as a cast off from when cheese is made. Bun, I think the cause of soup that does not sit well is some thing that is not whey. Or, am I wrong about what whey is?

I think it was BB who was having the bad time with the whey. It is hard to know what is in food these days; too many chem i cal names.

It is no fun when a food does not sit right. It seems I have to cut out more and more each day.

Yes, I nod my head to your post, B B. I find as I age there are lots of things I can't eat lest I get an ache in the gut or heart burn. Some big no nos are too much choc., hot choc., the round pie with cheese and red sauce that is baked and is served as a slice, O J, too much 'joe', and the list goes on and on. It is not fair!!!

I did a search for whey and I found that it is used in a lot of foods. It used to be thrown out but, since it is good for you it is now in a lot of foods. Mc D. puts it in most all their foods!

I know what ECM means when she says there are less and less foods we can eat as we get more up in years. Also we come up with some health things which cut out many foods we can not find in forms which our docs want us to eat. Oh me, oh my!!

It did my heart good to hear from our FORT pal C M D on Mom's Day. It is my hope that I will get to meet her some day. She is as sweet as sweet can be.
