Films: Anything David Lynch, particularly Mulholland Drive and Blue Velvet. I also have a thing for 80's high school flicks starring either Winona Ryder or Molly Ringwald, so other faves (albeit more lighthearted ones) include Heathers, Welcome Home, Roxy Carmichael, Mermaids, Sixteen Candles, The Breakfast Club and Pretty in Pink. Some other favourite films: One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, The Shining, High Fidelity, The Ice Storm, Magnolia, Trainspotting, Dancer In The Dark, Cry Baby, Carrie, Donnie Darko, Fried Green Tomatoes, Breakfast at Tiffany's, The Remains of the Day, Edward Scissorhands, Sleepy Hollow, Buffalo 66, Gosford Park, The Hours, You Can Count On Me, Casino, Goodfellas... I guess you could say I have an eclectic (or schizophrenic) taste

TV shows: The X-Files, Twin Peaks, Lost, The O.C., America's Next Top Model, Desperate Housewives.

Actors: Johnny Depp, Jack Nicholson, John Cusack, Harry Dean Stanton, Nicholas Cage, Philip Seamour Hoffman, Humphrey Bogart.

Actresses: Julianne Moore, Winona Ryder, Molly Ringwald (but only back in the 80s), Laura Linney, Emily Watson, Christina Ricci, Claire Danes, Audrey Hepburn, Nicole Kidman.

Bands: The Smiths, Velvet Underground, Belle and Sebastian, Joy Division, Interpol, Jayhawks, Wilco, The Shins, Suede, Pulp and TONS of other stuff.

Hobbies: Reading, music, movies, going out for a beer, writing, shopping, food, going for long walks, my cats.

Sports to Play: I'm not exactly an athlete, but I love horseback riding, swimming and powerwalking. That's about it.

    Sports Teams: None.

Outdoor Activities: Does drinking beer in the park count...? Other than that: swimming and horseback riding.

Music: Indie rock, alt. country as well as old-school country, singer/songwriter, 70s soft rock.

Cereals: Special K Red Berries (do you have that in the U.S.?), frosted flakes or Cheerios.

Snacks: Barbecue-flavoured potato chips or, if I'm feeling more healthy, raw veggies with Ranch dip. I prefer salty snacks to sugary ones.

    Cookies: The homemade kind.

Candy Bars: I loathe chocolate (it's weird, I know), so none.

Alcoholic Drinks: Beer, especially Czech lager like Staropramen or Urquel, or dry white wine.

Non-Alcoholic: Diet Pepsi, Fanta, milk and strong, black coffee. Not together, though
