With the OK from chrisdevine I am attempting to run my first FORT game. It's his never started FORT Mafia game, with a few tweaks.

FORT Mafia!

The mafia has infiltrated the general population. Ordinary, innocent FORT citizens are in danger. The FORT mafia is on the loose and it's up to you to stop it. This must happen democratically, so every "day" there is held a public vote for a player that shall be executed and put out of play.

THE RULES
01. This is a public game. All discussion must take place in the thread. Please no PM'ing your identities between each other. With the exception of the mafia members and the voting as detailed below.

02. Each actual day will alternate between a "night" and a "daytime". Starting with "night".

03. One player will be eliminated each actual day.

04. Each "night" the mafia members will discuss (in private) who they want to eliminate and PM me their decision by 11 PM ET. I will take the first PM from a mafia member as the official choice. The result will be posted shortly after that.

05. Each "daytime" the all players will PM me who they want to execute, a player they think is in the mafia, that day by 11 PM ET. I will tally the votes and the player with the most votes will be eliminated. Mafia members will vote in this vote so they have a chance to confuse the citizens.

06. In case of a tie the player that received the first vote (among the tied players) will be eliminated.

07. Each "daytime" the spy will PM me a player name. I will then reply informing the spy the identity (mafia/citizen/doctor) of the person in question. The spy can then carefully use this information to influence the vote with discussion in the thread.

08. Each "daytime" the doctor will PM me a player name to save. The "saved" player can not be eliminated by the mafia that night. The mafia won't know if they voted for a "saved" player until the next morning when the votes are revealed. The doctor can't save the same person two "daytimes" in a row.

09. Dead people don't talk, they just observe and listen. When you are killed you cannot discuss the game with anyone.

10. The deadlines will be enforced to the minute, so this game should play out at a good pace. If you fail to vote within the allotted time, your vote will go against yourself.


THE WINNER
The winner(s) of the game will be either the last remaining living citizen(s), or the last remaining mafia member(s).

That depends. If you're in the mafia (which depends on what number you sign up on) you'll be voting every day and may need to discuss things with other mafia members. If your not, you'll be voting every other day. All votes are due by 11 PM ET, so you could get your vote in at anytime before then.
