ADK How's the quitting smoking going? I quit a 2 pack a day habit after 32 years. It will be 2 years for me on Jan. 15th. I remember the date because I spent the week in the hospital for some colon surgery. That was a reason I chose that week to quit. I knew I wouldn't be able to smoke unless I drug my IV's and all outside in 0 degree weather with 8" of snow on the ground. So my first week I spent zonked out on meds. I think it helped.
