    on the quitting smoking!

It's still morning here. I'm drinking coffee, and thinking about making scrambled eggs.

ADK, that is great!!! You can do it! When I quit smoking I was afraid of gaining weight and so I decided to drink water obsessively when I was having a craving. I drank it through a straw, and I think that helped with the oral fixation. Best of luck, and remember - it only gets easier. The first few days are the hardest.

To answer your question, I am having a Lean Cuisine for lunch. Yipp-ee. :rolleyes But I have to, as I have started back on my diet today.

Thanks for the and support! You know, the hardest part for me is knowing what to DO with myself - I've been chewing coffee stirrers, bending paperclips, playing with rubberbands, tapping my fingers, eating sunflower seeds, chewing gum....

*must channel this energy/restlessness into some USEFUL activity*

Hopefully we're getting some take-out. Hopefully. I don't really want to think about making some lunch

Good for you ADK I've only been a "recreational" smoker, and hadn't smoked for probably 4 years before I went to Fortcon.

And I don't drink coffee anymore. I used to LOVE coffee, but trying to make coffee got too frustrating for me -- coffee grinds EVERYWHERE, just a big mess, so I stopped drinking it. I bet if I had a cup of coffee now I'd get W-I-R-E-D.

What are you supposed to do with those things? Chew on 'em, suck 'em, hit someone?
