A job interview? I blew one intentionally one time. I was really mad at this manager. I went in for the first interview and they didn't tell me he wasn't there. I waited for an hour before they finally told me. The same thing happened a second time. The third time I called in advance to find out if he was there. When I went in, I was smacking gum, my clothes didn't match, my hair was messed up, and I was talking like I was illiterate and stupid. At first he wasn't sure what was going on, but he caught on quick. He apologized for his behavior and offered me the job.

No, I only have a pair of reading glasses and I always keep them on my desk at work.
