Have you ever left a singing message on your answering machine? I did that for Christmas one year, and we had people calling just to hear the song; then they'd leave their "review", if not a message!

That was a blast! I even managed to work our family name into the song.

Way back in my 20's I did things like that on the answering machine. Now people are lucky if my voice is even on voice mail!

Have you ever forgotten whether you'd taken medication or not for the day?

Back when I took medication, yes, but I got one of those daily pill containers, and life definitely got easier.

Have you ever had certain words set off physical responses with you? I remember one word would make the roof of my mouth itch! Me and Pavlov's dog, huh, except mine wasn't a learned response?

Have you ever put something in the mail and forgot the postage?

Yes! It was at the post office on a Sunday afternoon. I heard people moving around behind the door, so I banged and banged until somebody answered the door. He looked at me like I was crazy! He let me put my stamp on the envelope.

Have you ever had a stamp machine kick out way more stamps than you paid for?
