3 times! The first two happened when I worked at a TV station. I was driving a news car one of those 2 times and the person I "tapped" was bringing her brand new car home from the dealer. The 2nd time I was driving the lead News Anchor's car and I *bumped* into the General Manager's car (I was trying to get out of a parking spot!).
