TPAM is back from lunch! Woo hoo!!! Hope that you got something good to eat (at least better than the bowl of soup I'm slurping on!)!

I didn't take a short cut however a 15 minute walk took 20. They didn't have salad today because she is just back from a mini vacation so I bought 1/2 a sandwich.

TPAM lilkes to drink/eat something hot on a cold or rainy day.

Yep! Which is why I am glad that I brought soup today!

So when does TPAM start classes again?

TPAM and TPATPAM would like my recipe for "baked soup".

Basically, you take some french bread and slice it in 1.5 inch slices, then you spread an ample amount of butter on it, sprinkle a little grated cheeze and basil on it. Then you bake it in the oven at 425* until it gets just a little burned around the edges.

Next, you take a can of your favorite soup and pour it into a fairly large sized, deep soup bowl.

Then you put the slices of bread into the soup, either whole or broken up.

Then you lay over this mixture as many slices of mozzerella cheeze as it takes to cover the entire bowl. Sprinkle some spices over the top for both appearance and taste and return to the 425* oven until the cheeze is just starting to bubble and burn.

Its soup - but its a meal.

PS: My soup recipe works especially great with French Onion Soup, chili, beef n barley and chicken noodle!

And best of all, the cheese holds in the heat so your soup doesnt go cold on you!

Probably! Luckily, they all think I'm nice, so they don't mind it when I call!

So, did TPAM cook Christmas dinner this year?

ETA: I love French Onion Soup cooked the way you described!
