I am having a hard time. This should be pretty easy though not exactly brilliant.

some might say she was just a housekeeper
she fell in live with sam the meat cleaver
she watched those kids each and everyday
name this cook, cleaner, confidante and maid

I am good at guessing but not at creating the riddle. If anyone else wants to jump in please do so. I promise to work really hard over the next few days to come up with a really tricky one!
