I use coupons and combine them with sales, so I end up getting a lot of stuff very cheap or even free, and often it's stuff that I don't "need." I like to donate the items.

Will you buy day-old bread?

No. I shop like you do though. Yesterday I spent $154.38 on groceries, but my savings was $72.91. My Mom taught me well. We hardly buy anything unless it's on sale, and then top it off with coupons. I think the only thing we pay regular price for is stuff like milk, eggs, bread, fresh fruit, and fresh vegies.

I opt for instead of, but since that's not allowed - vacation with the siblings, not a chance. Vacation with my kids and their kids - any day of the week.
