my car is great, but the inside could use a bit of attention:

1. empty drink cups
2. useless cassettes
3. 3 or 4 boxes of crap I tote around everywhere for no reason
4. old mail

(that's only the top of the piles of rubbish)

Oh, I'm on this one. I own a big, ol' farmhouse with attached barn and shed.
*So much storage space I don't have to look at my boxes of old junk
*Huge kitchen with cabinets up the wazoo
*An orchard with 4 apple, 2 peach, a cherry, and a pear with 5 varieties grafted on 1 tree (plus established rhubarb, grapes, raspberries, blackberries, and gooseberries.)
*a living room with 3 walls of solid bookshelves and a picture window
(When I lived in the house my ex built there wasn't one cabinet or closet...or a stove besides the wood cook stove.)
