Yeah, but if the Outcast tribe doesn't win, don't we need to see if they get second. Because if the Outcasts win, then 2 come back (1 for each tribe) and if they get second, 1 comes back (for whatever tribe they beat) and if they get last no one comes back. So, basically, whichever tribes they beat, they vote someone back in to that tribe.
