and yes, I drink occasionally. I prefer white wine.

I do. Not as much as I used to. At functions, when I happen to be out with friends at a bar (not often) or at a picnic or something. I'll occasionally have a drink or two (Smirnoff Ice or Smirnoff Twisted - mandarin orange) late at night once my daughter's asleep and I'm posting here .

Do you live alone?

I dont live alone..although I used to before I got married!

Do you like cities?

Not really. Maybe to visit, but I couldn't live in one. I prefer open spaces to culture, apparently

Do you have any children?

I LOVE the Adirondack region. I was born in upstate NY but now I live 15 minutes outside of NYC!

Nope but I am dying for some and I dont know if I can have any.

Do you have a dog?

That always breaks my heart, hearing about someone who really wants a child but may not be able to. I had my daughter rather late in life (31+ when she was born), and remember longing for a child for so long, while my siblings and friends had kids. I wish you the best with that.

(BTW, where in upstate NY did you grow up, if you don't mind me asking?)

No dog. Had dogs most of my life, just hard now, working full time and running around with my daughter. Don't feel like I could spend the time needed with a pet right now - would be unfair.

That breaks my heart too! I am so happy you have a daughter. Tonight I held my friends newborn baby and I put up a silent prayer while she was in my arms that someday I will feel that small little ball of warmth from one of my own!

I do not mind at all...I grew up outside of Utica and spent many good times in the great outdoors!

And no, I live 4 hours from my family and I MISS them so much!
