Do you know that is true, but for me, my heels would slide to the side, off the shoe, due to the single (though wide) strap across the ball of the foot which is the only thing that keeps them on, and the notches to adjust the tightness were not adequate for my needs, and the hard wood sole killed my arches? (I know, TMI!)
