    I prefer that too, but it seldom happens with my housemate never wanting to be on time for anything. (He was late the day we got married.)

    I prefer visiting friends to relatives. (Unless of course the relative is a friend.)

    Nope Christmas Eve for me I remember staying up late and I thought every bump in the night was Santa landing on our roof...

    I prefer the atmosphere of Christmas (tree, lights on roofs, cookies) to actually opening presents
