I prefer living in the moment to worrying about tomorrow.
    I agree.

I prefer not regretting yesterday to not worrying about tommorrow.

I prefer not wearing the world on my shoulders to living carefree.

    Aren't those the same thing?

I prefer having trick or treat night on Halloween to having it on a convenient night.

Halloween night..not the same when it's another night.
I prefer homemade stuffing to the boxed kind.

mmmm, boxed. I don't like the home made turkey so much.

I prefer making my own pies to buying pies.

Oooo...making pies reminds me of my granny and my mom. Had so much fun! They used to save extra crust for me to make tarts with. But that said, making the dough is tough...and there's a fantastic orchard near me that makes pies that are identical to my granny's (who passed away almost 20 years ago). So I like makin' 'em, but I like buyin' 'em better.

I prefer thinly sliced apples in a pie versus big, chunks of apple.

I'm not really a holiday person. But if I had to choose it would be Christmas.

I prefer american cheese to swiss

    Swiss.

I prefer renting a movie to going to the theater to see a movie.
