    And I agree with you.

I prefer getting lost in Times Square to getting lost in a ghost town.
true car services usually work, when they arrive at the right time.

I agree. becides I can't get lost in times square. ever.

    I prefer subways to busses.

I guess I have no choice but to agree with you, and sometimes buses are so slow you go faster walking.

    I prefer computers to typewriters.

    I wouldn't know... I've never used a typewriter.

I still prefer ferries to subways though.

I agree with that. It's hard to get lost on a ferry and the view is much better.

I prefer dry winters to piles of snow everywhere.

You've never used a typewriter??? Come on, Sen, I know how old you are and you had to have them at some point! Yeesh, I had to learn to type on an old Royal - they wouldn't even let us use the electric ones. Of course, we didn't have electricity then either.

I prefer the backspace key to white out or a carbon paper eraser (I'm probably the only one left who remembers those)

no, i haven't really. I never even learned how to type. (imagine me typing 40 words a minute with the same two fingers.... thats me).

I prefer that too... correction fluid is so messy.

I prefer the print from a laser printer to that of a typewriter.

Woohoo and amen to that! I took typing in hs--the first year we had to type on typewriters--what a pain that was! By the second year, we had word perfect 5.0!! LOL (and thought we were high-tech...) I'll take backspace any day.

I prefer typing essays on the computer to writing them out by hand.

Soooo true! I can hardly believe I wrote out all my high school papers!

I prefer beef to turkey substitutes (i.e. turkey burgers, turkey sausages, etc. etc.) Although I only eat the turkey ones now. But man....would I ever love to go back...
