I don't even remember the 80's (or most of the 70s for that matter!), so 55.5 is grade "A" as far as I'm concerned. We're grading on a curve, right?

    Just took this thing yesterday. I got a 112.5. My wife got a 92.5. We're 80's nuts.

When you're ten years old and a car drives by and splashes a puddle of water all over you, it's hard to decide if you should go to school like that or try to go home and change and probably be late. So while he was trying to decide, I drove by and splashed him again. - Jack Handey

    I was born in '86, and managed a 71.

I certainly recognized "Head Like a Hole" with no problems, though!

I did the same thing on the Beastie Boys. It really steamed me because of all the songs on there, that's probably the only one I listen to now and again!

62.5. Finally Here, I beat you by a point. I graduated in '87...

It was funny to read "round like a record baby". I remember dancing to that. And now that's an anachronism!

OK, I was born in '65:
Your generation stuck mine with a motherload of cultural horrors (bradys! disco! plaid! roller skating!). -30% for being a yuppie.
5 point bonus for telling me where you saw this. Thanks!

    Final Score: 52.25

I knew the Violent Femmes right off, though. Sheesh :rolleyes

    Wow, tracylee, that was harsh!

Uh, you (quizmaker) might take up the plaid thing with Scottish highlanders. Just a thought.
